Flexibility Built In
Rollover Option:
If you can’t use your monthly visit, you may roll it over once and use it within 60 days of the draft date. (Roll-overs cannot be applied consecutively.)
Late Cancellations & No Shows:
Appointments canceled with less than 2 business days notice may be forfeited. No-shows for scheduled membership appointments are forfeited.
Membership Freeze:
One freeze per calendar year. A $50 fee applies unless due to extenuating circumstances (serious illness, military obligations, employment relocation, etc.). Freezes may be up to half the remaining term. 15 days notice required.
Membership Termination:
15 days notice and a $100 termination fee (waived for extenuating circumstances such as death, permanent severe disability, or relocation beyond a 1-hour travel radius).
