We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed medical aesthetics provider to join our growing team of professionals at our state-of-the-art medical aesthetics practice. The ideal candidate is licensed in NJ as an RN, PA or NP, and has high-level proficiency in administering injectable treatments such as Botox, fillers, and other facial rejuvenation techniques. In addition to injectables, the candidate will also be responsible for performing laser treatments, minor skin procedures, and counseling and educating patients with an eye towards optimal aesthetic outcomes and overall wellness.

While advanced experience is highly preferred, we may be open to consider training the exceptional driven candidate with previous experience in sales and customer service who can sell us on choosing them for the position. (Please note- a candidate requiring training will be hired and compensated as a Medical Assistant for the duration of the training period and a minimum employment term or educational monetary value payback is required.)

As a medical aesthetics provider at Source Medical Aesthetics, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments to our clients, as well as educating them on the various aesthetic procedures available. You will work in conjunction with medical aestheticians and patient care coordinators to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and service. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.

You will be joining a close knit team who work together to maintain a high standard of patient experience and an amicable and fulfilling work environment. The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal skills interacting with coworkers and patients.

You will be expected to take an active role in practice development and be a driver of business growth.

To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed RN, PA, or NP with a strong background in aesthetics and a passion for helping clients achieve their desired results. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
